This document includes lists of projects provided by various departments throughout the City of Flint and organized by the Planning Department. The purpose of this document is to provide an overview of planned capital improvements within the city, allowing the Planning Commission to confirm that the proposed improvements are consistent with the goals of the City’s Comprehensive Plan.
