Finance and Administrative Services

The mission of the Department of Finance is to provide quality financial services and customer service excellence to our residents, employees, and vendors through the collection and disbursement of funds, accurate financial reporting, and responsible management of assets.

Fire Department

Human Resources and Labor Relations

The Human Resources and Labor Relations Department provides recruitment, selection development, and retention of city employees.

Legal Department

The Law Office provides legal counsel, training and representation for the City and its officials; prepares or reviews all legal documents and proceedings affecting the City; reviews and responds to all requests for information under the Freedom of Information Act; serves as the prosecutor on all traffic tickets and misdemeanor charges issued for violation of the City ordinances.
