Public Asked to Provide Input on Downtown Post Office Location

The U.S. Postal Service plans to re-establish the retail services currently being provided on an emergency basis in the parking lot area located at the corner of Saginaw and Kearsley Streets through the use and availability of the Postal Service Mobile Unit and neighborhood collections boxes for the post office box holders. The Postal Service is considering retail locations in the immediate downtown area, which include, but are not limited to:

· 600 S. Saginaw Street

· 601 S. Saginaw Street

· 400 S. Saginaw Street

· 126 W. Kearsley Street

· 111 E. Court Street

Postal Officials are seeking input from the public before relocating. Ideas may be sent to the following address:
