Mayor Sheldon Neeley on the passing of state Rep. Isaac Robinson

Mayor Sheldon Neeley issued the following statement on the passing of state Rep. Isaac Robinson:

“Michigan has lost a great man. Isaac Robinson was a proud defender of Detroit, a smart lawmaker with a keen sense of fairness and equity. Isaac often seemed larger than life and used every ounce of his strength to fight for those less fortunate. He was a trusted colleague I could depend on to support Flint. He was passionate, funny, and a joy to be around. Isaac was a true friend of the people, and he was my friend. I will miss him.”
