FLINT, Mich. — The City of Flint invites residents and visitors to celebrate Black entrepreneurship, culture, and community at the Black Wall Street Festival on Saturday, June 21, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Mays Senior & Community Center.
This all-day event is a powerful tribute to the legacy of Black Wall Street and the spirit of economic independence. Featuring a dynamic mix of local vendors, live entertainment, and food, the festival will serve as a platform to uplift Black-owned businesses and highlight the importance of economic investment in Flint’s neighborhoods.
“This is more than an event—it’s a movement,” said Flint Mayor Sheldon Neeley. “We are proud to create spaces where Black entrepreneurs are supported, celebrated, and empowered to thrive.”
The City of Flint’s Black Wall Street Festival is free and open to the public. Residents are encouraged to come out, shop local, enjoy performances, and connect with community health resources.
