City of Flint No Longer Advising Residents to Run Water through Taps as Double Digit Below Zero Temperatures Recede

The City of Flint is no longer urging residents to run water through their taps to prevent pipe freezing. The previous week was one of the coldest on record for the Flint area, creating weather related concerns which prompted the City of Flint to recommend the measure.
