First Harvest at City Hall Event a Success

 
Thanks to all the families who came out to Trick-or-Treat at Flint City Hall Monday, October 31. Flint City employees let their creativity show, transforming the lobby of City Hall into a fun and festive environment. Staff from several departments decorated tables. Kids had fun checking out each display and getting more and more candy at each stop! The kids had at great time, and from the looks of the photos the adults did too!!
