Details: In effort to increase community engagement we are excited to celebrate Halloween and the harvest season by hosting Harvest at Flint City Hall Monday, October 31st! Children are invited to come and Trick-or-Treat in the lobby of City Hall from 4:00-5:00 p.m. We hope parents take advantage of this unique opportunity and bring their little ones to get treats in a safe and fun environment.
Police Chief Tim Johnson has confirmed the official time designated for Trick-or-Treating throughout the City of Flint is 5:30 – 8:00 p.m. Monday, October 31, 2016.
The administration wishes everyone a happy and safe Halloween and harvest season.
