Flint, Mich. — The City of Flint Customer Service Department inside City Hall will be closed to the public on Friday, September 26, 2025.

The following options will remain available:


-Walk-Up Window at City Hall: Open for payment processing only.
-Clio Road Community Service Center: Open for payments.
-Phone Assistance: Customers may call (810) 766-7015 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:55 p.m. with questions or concerns.
-Information Desk inside City Hall lobby: All services available.


All customer service operations will resume on Monday, September 29. The City of Flint thanks all residents for their understanding and cooperation.
