City of Flint Customer Service Department Closed on Wednesday, December 17, 2025

Flint, Mich. — The City of Flint Customer Service Department inside City Hall will be closed to the public on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 to facilitate internal processing. The following options will remain available:

  • Walk-Up Window at City Hall: Open for payment processing only.
  • Clio Road Community Service Center: Open for payments.
  • Phone Assistance: Customers may call (810) 766-7015 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:55 p.m. with questions or concerns.
  • Information Desk inside City Hall lobby: All services available.

All customer service operations will resume on Thursday, December 18.

The City of Flint thanks all residents for their understanding and cooperation.
