Zoning Board of Appeals

The Zoning Board of Appeals grants variances and interprets provisions of the City’s zoning code, as well as resolves disputes regarding decisions of the zoning official. This Board meets on the third Tuesday of every month at 6 PM in City Hall unless otherwise notified. The meeting is typically held in the Dome Auditorium or in Council Chambers.

Regular meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month. The public may attend the meetings in person or via Zoom using the information below.
