Precautionary Boil Filtered Water Advisory Issued for Two Buildings in Downtown Flint

(February 7, 2018) Flint, Mich. –City of Flint crews are currently working to repair a water main break in downtown Flint. The City’s Director of Public Works, Rob Bincsik has decided to issue a Precautionary Boil Filtered Water Advisory to protect the health and safety of the City’s water customers in the affected area.

The affected area is on Second Street between Saginaw and Harrison Streets. The Flint utility customers affected include the Ferris Wheel Building and the Dryden Building on Saginaw Street.

An update will be provided when customers in the affected area are no longer advised to boil their filtered water prior to usage.
