Details: Mayor Karen Weaver is excited to present her fourth State of the City Address before residents, community leaders and government officials on Monday, October 21, at 6:00 p.m.

The event is FREE and OPEN to the public, however, attendees must have a ticket for entry. Tickets are available at the Whiting Auditorium.
