Experience Halloween in Flint

The City of Flint is gearing up for Halloween, and we can’t wait to see the festivities throughout the city. Families can trick-or-treat in the city of Flint on Halloween, Tuesday, October 31, 2023, from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Two City of Flint community centers will host Halloween activities. The City of Flint Police Department’s Police Activities League (PAL) will host a trunk-or-treat Saturday, October 28, 1-3 p.m. at Haskell Community Center. In addition, Berston Field House will host a trunk-or-treat on Halloween, October 31, 4-7 p.m.

“Halloween is a wonderful time for neighbors to come together to create a magical experience for our children,” Mayor Sheldon Neeley said. “I encourage everyone to celebrate safely and take the opportunity to enjoy community and fellowship.”

The City of Flint encourages families to take safety precautions while trick-or-treating. Residents are encouraged to avoid driving in neighborhoods during trick-or-treating hours if possible.
