Final report for RZ 25-02, regarding the request to rezone 1505 W. Court St. (PID # 40-24-201-010) from TN-1, Traditional Neighborhood Low Density to TN-2, Traditional Neighborhood – Medium Density. This is the location of Powers Catholic High School. The intent of the rezoning request is to align the zone district with the current and State mandated use of the property for education.
