Customer service walkup window open Wednesday afternoons

Beginning Wednesday, July 12, 2023, the Flint City Hall Customer Service Center schedule will change temporarily. Phones will be answered Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. The in-person customer service counter will be open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and Wednesday, 9 a.m.-12 p.m. The walkup window facing Saginaw St. will be open Wednesday, 12-5 p.m.

This schedule will be in place for the next six weeks to facilitate staff training.
