Customer Service Center temporarily shifts operations to walk-up window

Out of an abundance of caution for residents and staff, the Customer Service Center will shift operations to the walk-up window outside City Hall beginning at 1 p.m. today. 

Residents can also pay bills via the red drop box outside City Hall and cityofflint.com. 

The Customer Service Center will reopen tomorrow, May 10 at 1 p.m.
