City of Flint announces 2025 State of the City address

FLINT, Mich. – The City of Flint is announcing the annual State of the City address delivered by Mayor Sheldon Neeley on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Capitol Theatre, 140 E. 2nd Street, Flint, MI 48503. The annual event allows the mayor to share progress made in various areas of government, throughout the city itself, as well as a look at what will be in store in the coming year.
