Details:   Flint city officials and employees are pleased to celebrate the harvest season by hosting the 2nd Annual Harvest at Flint City Hall Tuesday, October 31, 2017! Children from the Flint community are invited to come Trick-or-Treat in the lobby of City Hall from 4:00-6:00 p.m. We hope parents take advantage of this opportunity to bring their little ones to get treats in a safe and fun environment.

Police Chief Tim Johnson has confirmed the official time designated for Trick-or-Treating around the City of Flint is 5:30–8:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 31.

The administration wishes everyone a happy and safe Halloween and harvest season.
