Flint Community Day/Tour July 1, 2017

What:   Community Day

When:  Saturday, July 1, 2017   10:30 a.m.

Where: Meet at Flint City Hall

Details:  Community day will highlight several sites around the City of Flint where notable work is being done to make a difference and improve the quality of life of the City and the citizens of Flint. The tour will include community centers where information will be provided to help the public gain insight on the mission of centers and the services they have to offer. Several local organizations have signed on to support the event and to work together to build an active network of agencies committed to the advancement of the Flint community.

Emmy Nominated author “Freeway Ricky Ross” aka The Real Rick Ross has agreed to be part of this unique event. He is currently on a book tour and will be making a stop in Flint for this occasion. The tour will conclude with a book signing and meet & greet session with Ross. Flint can re-create its image, and it starts with us.
