Read the Completed Draft of the New City of Flint Charter

The City of Flint Charter Review Commission spent months reviewing the city’s current charter and making changes where needed. The draft copy is now available for public inspection. Comments on the Draft Charter will be accepted until March 6, 2017.

Public Comments should be prepared in writing and submitted to:

The public is also welcome to provide comments at a Charter Review Commission meeting. The meetings are open to the public; a listing can be found at www.flintcitycharter.com.
