Three (3) years of full-time, paid work experience in municipal or community recreation involving the programming of recreational activities.

Working knowledge of the principles and administrative practices of community recreation.

|
Considerable knowledge of the more common physical and social activities.
|
4.
|
Knowledge of the purposes and aims or organized recreational work.
|
5.
|
Basic knowledge of first aid methods.
|
6.
|
Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
|
7.
|
Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with Senior Citizens, children and the general public.
|
8.
|
Ability to meet the physical, mental and visual standards of the job.
|
9.
|
Ability and willingness to work in a manner that will not needlessly endanger the safety to
ones self, other person and equipment.
