Application Process
Effective October 30, 2009 the City of Flint
Department of Human Resources & Labor Relations will return to the paper
application process. Applications will be available for posted
positions ONLY by printing a copy of the employment application and
Equal Opportunity form from the City of Flint website, OR obtaining an
application from the Human Resources & Labor Relations office.
The official job posting site can be accessed through this Website. The official
posting will contain a position summary, minimum and preferred qualifications
and application procedures. Job postings are also located on the bulletin board
outside the Human Resources Office. In addition, positions are often advertised
using various print and electronic sources.
In order to be considered for a
position at the City of Flint, an applicant must meet all of the minimum
requirements of that position.
