Cooking for Two Chicken Cassoulet
 
Vegetable Buritos
·
 2 flour tortillas
·
 three ripe roma tomatoes
·
 one small  zucchini

·
 one handful of fresh herbs: parsley, oregano, thyme, sweet basil, purple basil, garlic, chives.
·
 One small thai dragon chili pepper
Dice up everything and wrap up in tortillas. A great breakfast idea!
 

Cucumber  in Sour Cream
INGREDIENTS:

·
 2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced
·
 2 teaspoons salt
·
 1 cup sour cream
·
 8 teaspoons vinegar
·
 4 teaspoons fresh chives
·
 1 teaspoon dill weed
·
 Black pepper to taste
·
 Dash of hot pepper - optional

PREPARATION DIRECTIONS:

1. Sprinkle salt over cucumbers. Let stand 30 minutes. Drain any water off.

2. Mix sour cream and remaining ingredients in a bowl.

3. Fold cucumber slices into the sauce.

4. Chill in refrigerator before serving.
