As Mayor of the City of Flint I am honored  to serve   such a diverse group of constituents: seniors, college students, working families, and youth who live here, learn here, and work here. It is inspiring to see college students and young professionals coming to Flint for new opportunities. This adds to our population of seniors and working families who’ve seen this community at its best; hung in there through its many struggles and are now witnessing the city’s rebirth.

There is a renewed sense of hope and optimism in our city.  My administration along with the Flint City Council and every city employee is committed to working together to build on our tremendous assets in the community as well as address our challenges, both large and small. It is this type of collaborative spirit that is paving the way to transforming our city into a sustainable 21^st Century city with New Jobs, Safe Neighborhoods, and Great Schools.

As we all work together for the betterment of our city, I want you to know my door is open to you. I invite you to join me for open office hours every Wednesday from 10 a.m.- Noon.
