Administrator
The City Administrator is appointed by the Mayor and, in his role as the
city’s chief executive, is responsible for implementing City policies and
ensuring that the community is served in a responsive manner.
The Office of the City Administrator has overall responsibility for the
management and implementation of policies, rules and regulations promulgated
by the Mayor. The City Administrator's office is also directly responsible for several
programs and projects of citywide importance, including:
- Organizational effectiveness
- Strategic planning
- Best practices & process improvement
- Intergovernmental relations
- Records management
- Support staff
- City Budget & Financial Planning
