The
residents of the 5th Ward envision a community where people want
to live and work in harmony and where people care for one
another. It is a ward where community is developed through
events throughout the year, including youth activities.
Residents of the 5th ward feel safe when rules and ordinances
are enforced. They also value diversity. Clean and safe housing,
along with opportunities for economic development and
educational enrichment, is also found in Ward 5. |
