Victim Advocacy Program
The Victim Advocacy Program (VAP) of the Flint City Attorney's Office is
designed to provide the services specified on these web pages, to
victims of all Flint City Ordinances charged
misdemeanor crimes.
These
crimes include:

Harassment

Illegal Entry

Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor

Indecent Exposure

Leaving the Scene of a Personal Injury Accident

OUIL
Involving an Accident Resulting in Damage to Another's Property, or
