DISCRIMINATION COMPLAINT PROCESSING & REFERRALS

HRC receive and investigate complaints in housing, employment, education and public accommodations. HRC provide informal investigation, mediation and referral of complaints ranging from discussion by telephone, to home and on-site visits, counseling and negotiation sessions and direct intervention. IIRC relate to people from wherever they are at the time of their problem and work with them directly to find a solution.

We also assist systems to be more sensitive to the effect and impact of their policies in the process of service delivery.
