In an effort to keep you informed about the finances of the City of Flint, the Flint City Council is now providing our citizens the chance to see where the budget stands month-to-date.
As Chairman of the Finance Committee, I am committed to an open process when it comes to spending our limited tax dollars. This access is a first for the residents.
