Civil Service NOTICE: Office is Closed temporarily

Enforces the Merit Principle in all aspects of personnel administration.

Provides a forum to address other personnel issues, including, but not limited to discipline matters, reclassification and promotions.

Protects employees from political pressures.

Provides advice to City of Flint and Hurley Medical Center Human Resources Directors, the Mayor, City Council and Hurley Board of Managers concerning personnel administration.

Regular Time: First and Third Wednesday each month, 7 p.m.

Location: City Council Chambers, Rm N1, City Hall
