Employee Assistance Program
Our
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers employers and their
employees a win-win approach to the issue of personal problems which
may negatively impact the workplace. Our EAP is a confidential,
voluntary, diagnostic, referral, and counseling service available to
help your employees and their families cope with and resolve their
personal problems.
An
employee or family member can access the system via a 1-800 number,
365 days a year, 7 days a week. The phone is always answered by a
person. There is unlimited access to telephone consultation and
counseling.
Short-term counseling is available to resolve problems of daily
living. Help for virtually all personal problems is available
through the EAP. Some of the more common concerns include:
- Addictions
- Depression
- Grief/Loss
- Legal/Financial
- Marital
- Parenting
- Relationships
- Stress
