Bidders must possess a valid driver license.

No one under the age of 18 is permitted in the impound lot.

Each bidder must have $120 cash in order to get
a bidders number and to get on the lot. If the bidder does not bid on anything they will get their money back immediately. If they are the successful bidder on a vehicle, the $120 will go towards the purchase price.

No one shall enter the vehicles, open doors or otherwise physically handle any vehicles.

Cash or cashiers checks accepted.

Payment and vehicle pickup required by 5 pm on the Thursday following the auction. Failure to do so will result in permanent exclusion from future auctions.
