04/17/08   On Saturday, 4/19/08, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., the Flint Police Department will hold a public auction of drug forfeiture and other vehicles.  Along with this, there will be a large garage sale that will include tools, vehicle sound systems, and miscellaneous items.
03/18/08   Analysis of the year-end crime statistics indicates that violent crime decreased in 2007 when compared to the same timeframe in 2006.
03/04/08   Since mid-October, there have been 4 organized groups consisting of a total of 11 people that have been arrested for charges including B&E, Home Invasion, and other felony property crimes throughout the City.
02/05/08   During the month of December while enforcing the State of Michigan Liquor Laws, the Vice Unit of the Flint Police Department observed hundreds of pairs of NIKE Tennis shoes in the store room of the Carpenter Road Superette Market.
01/04/08   The City Jail reopened on May 21, 2007.  By December 31, 2007, officers had arrested and lodged 6,616 individuals for 16,467 crimes committed in our community.
