| C-SPAN DIGITAL BUS CROSS COUNTRY TOUR TO MAKE A STOP IN FLINT THURSDAY, JUNE 23RD |

Flint, Michigan-June 22, 2011- Recently, C-SPAN introduced a new, customized digital bus where visitors can experience C-SPAN's unique public affairs content across high-tech platforms such as HD-TV, the internet, and radio. Residents from the greater Flint community can experience the new C-SPAN digital bus on Thursday, June 23rd. The bus will make two stops in Flint: Flint City Hall from 9:30am - 12:30pm and Boys and Girls Club of Greater Flint from 1:30pm - 4:00pm. Flint Mayor Dayne Walling will welcome the C-SPAN team and explore the interactive bus at 11:00am Thursday, June 23rd at Flint City Hall. Throughout its history, C-SPAN has worked with cable television partners across the nation visiting students, teachers, and citizens in all 50 states to discuss public affairs, C-SPAN's programming and free educational resources.
