Beautiful, Historic Kearsley Park Rental Information

The  historic Donnelly Pavilion, built in 1925, can be rented for $350.00 plus a $50.00 refundable security deposit.  (Cash or two checks, one for $50.00 to Treasurer City of Flint and one for $350.00 to the Kearsley Park Project, is accepted.)

The rental is for six hours, which includes time for set up and clean up.

Additional hours are $75.00 each.

Your rental will include use of the pavilion, electricity, tables and chairs and the restrooms in the lower level.

We will help in the set up and the take down of the tables and chairs, but it is your responsibility to clean them before they are put away.  You must also sweep the pavilion and put your trash in the dumpster provided.

No alcohol or driving in the parkland. No barbecuing inside the pavilion.

All fees must be paid in advance to reserve the building.

Refunds will only be given if we receive notice two weeks prior to your scheduled event, otherwise only your $50.00 security deposit will be refunded.

In order to get your deposit back:

1.  You must put all trash generated by your event into our dumpster.

2.  The tables and chairs must be clean, no food or streamers or tape    can be left on them. You may not use thumb tacks.

3.  Any streamers or decorations or tape must be removed from the pavilion and the pavilion must be swept and mopped if food or sticky liquid is left on the floor.

4.  No alcohol or driving in the parkland.
