The Donnelly Pavilion, built in 1925, can be rented for:

$100.00 for the pavilion and electrical hook-up

$50.00 trash deposit (will be returned if all responsibilities are met)

$150.00 check made out to Treasurer – City of Flint 

No alcohol or driving in the parkland.

All fees must be paid at the Parks Department in advance to reserve the building.

We have over 200 chairs and lots of tables in the lower level, and dollies for you to bring them up with. Rental for tables and chairs is available for $100.00. Getting them up stairs and then returning them to the lower level CLEAN is your responsibility. Your deposit will not be refunded if this is not done.

There is be one port a potty in the parking lot and you are free to use that for your event. If you would like to use the restrooms in the lower level of the pavilion, there is an additional fee of $50.00 for an attendant for every four hours.

In order to get your deposit back:

1. You must put all trash generated by your event into our dumpster.

2. If you rent our tables and chairs, you must use the dollies to take them upstairs and then return them via the ramp, not the stairs.

3. The tables and chairs must be clean, no food or streamers or tape can be left on them.

4. Any streamers or decorations must be removed from the pavilion and the pavilion must be swept and mopped if food or sticky liquid is left on the floor.
