The City of Flint has posted a draft of the Five-Year Park & Recreation Master plan for review at the Flint Public Library and at the City Clerk’s office.  A public hearing for adoption of the plan is scheduled for the April 23, 2007 City Council meeting.   For more info contact Kay Kelly, (810) 766-7463.
