**New requirements are now mandatory when submitting Applications:
Set-Back Requirements must be shown on ALL drawings
Written specifications should only reference/include EXTERIOR area
Color photo copies of all exterior areas on drawings must be submitted.

Applications are available in either the Building Dept. or DCED and they should be submitted with drawings and/or plans

THESE ARE THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS. THE COMMISSION AND ITS STAFF RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ASK FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AS AN INDIVIDUAL CASE REQUIRES
