About Michael K. Brown


Michael K. Brown is the Emergency Manager for the City of Flint Michigan.
He was appointed, by Governor Rick Snyder, on November 29, 2011, with an effective date of December 1, 2011. Mr. Brown's primary responsibility is to develop and implement a plan that provides for Flint's long-term growth, prosperity and financial solvency. It is anticipated that he will serve as Flint's Emergency Manager for at least two years.
