Change of Address needs to be submitted to the
U.S. Post Office; request forms are available at
the main Post Office located at 250 E. Boulevard Drive (810) 257-1521 or at

Drivers License and License Plates
must be changed to
reflect your new address within 30 days from day of relocation. The licensing
bureau is located at various locations throughout Flint . For more information, call

the City of Flint. New homeowners should visit the Customer
Service Center located in the lobby in City Hall, located
at 1101 S. Saginaw Street, Flint, or call 810-766-7015 for
