Change of Address needs to be submitted to the U.S. Post Office; request forms are available at the main Post Office located at 250 E. Boulevard Drive (810) 257-1521 or at USPS Online..

Drivers License and License Plates must be changed to reflect your new address within 30 days from day of relocation. The licensing bureau is located at various locations throughout Flint . For more information, call 810-732-6040, or visit the Secretary of State's Services for Motorists webpage.


Water service is connected by the City of Flint. New homeowners should visit the Customer Service Center  located in the lobby in City Hall, located at 1101 S. Saginaw Street, Flint,  or call 810-766-7015 for information. Online Information...
